Welcome to **Jedi Clash** ("The Order," "we," "us"). We know protecting your information is key to maintaining balance in the Force. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe as you navigate our galaxy.

2. The Scrolls of Data We Collect

When you play Jedi Clash, we may collect:

Identity Scrolls: Your username, avatar, and internal account ID.
Contact Scrolls: Your email address (used for account recovery or important updates).
Usage Scrolls: Data about your gameplay (scores, levels, in-game purchases, friends lists, and chat logs). This helps us improve the game.
Technical Scrolls: IP address, device type, operating system, and browser information. This ensures the game runs smoothly on your hardware.

3. How We Wield Your Data

We use this data to:

**Maintain the Force:** Run the game, manage your account, and process in-game currency/purchases.
**Train the Padawans:** Analyze gameplay to fix bugs, optimize performance, and create better features.
**Keep the Peace:** Enforce the Terms of Engagement (e.g., stopping cheating or harassment in chat).
**Send Diplomatic Messages:** Contact you about service updates, security notices, or new events (if you've opted in).

4. A Note for Our Younger Fighters (Users Under 18)

If you are under 18, please read this with a parent or guardian.

**Parental Consent:** If required by law in your location, we will ask for verifiable **parental consent** before allowing you to access certain features or before collecting certain personal information.
**Limited Data:** For users we know are under 18, we may limit the collection of personal data.
**Parental Rights:** Parents/Guardians have the right to review the personal information collected from their child, revoke consent, and request its deletion. Please contact us using the information below.

By allowing a child between the ages of 12 and 17 to use the Service, a parent or guardian agrees to be bound by this Policy and the Terms of Engagement.

We use powerful shields (encryption, access controls) to protect your data from the Dark Side. However, no digital transmission is 100% secure. You also have a part to play: keep your passwords secret!
